Even though I consider myself to be quite aware of what is going on in the world, this book boldly shatters illusions about how extensive the mind control in our society has become. Eldon Taylor gives specific and documented examples of the deliberate and aggressive ploys to control our behavior and our minds. Are you really free? Only if you can take back control your mind. This book reads like a novel, but covers real people and events. It is obviously very well researched and isn’t the usual B$ you might see on the topic. If you have any interest in the subject of mind-control, interrogation, the use of truth drugs, and so on, I can highly recommend this book.

I actually checked this book out at the local library for a paper on hypnosis. Needless to say, I was impressed. Extremely well written. Even my friend, who has never picked up a book for fun in his life, picked this book up and ended up asking to borrow it. Get this book. It’s not as boring as you may think a book like this may be. Read, the first chapter, and I promise you won’t want to put it down.

New students will find this book unusable. There is no foundation set up for the novice to learn from.

Advanced students already know this material. In fact it’s outdated and

has been around for over a decade.

Most of Jones’s book seems to be gleaned from seduction and NLP , Hypnosis sites, groups and various online resources that are free for the taking on P2P and elsewhere. Its material from the 90s ie Ross Jeffries / Speed Seduction, Kenrick Cleveland, David Barron and so on.

I was disappointed to see nothing actually new here. The author had a chance to redeem himself in his section on Symbol Morphology, Symbol Fractionation and The October Man Sequence. Unfortunately instead of laying out a usable protocol, the author lightly glosses over the actual protocol on Symbol Fractionation and flatly refuses to reveal the highly touted October Man Sequence.

The one actually powerful in this book is the October Man and the author shies away from any useful discussion on how to do it. I felt ripped off.

The book is filled with lazy editing, typos galore and is woefully overpriced.

Save your money, pass on this one.

I have to agree with the other reviewer, his review totally hit the target. Dantillian Jones or JK Ellis or whatever current name he is going by offers his web clients his “new offerings” at half price if they put raving reviews on Amazon and other sellers sites, so he can hype is books. His books or just re-hashes of other authors work, except he makes it appear that he originated the material. I was sucked into buy this and thinking I might learn something new….no, not hardly,,,although it was a good review of Ross Jefferies 1980s speed seduction program, which is totally dated nowadays. a waste of money.

I just completed this book and I found it very engrossing in terms of how much information they present to you. I did not want to stop reading it every night because of how interesting the topics were that they discussed. From hypnotism and how it’s used to what the Japanese have recently done to play “mind games”. If your interested in any sort of “black science”, this is definitely a great read that packs so much information in such a small book.

There’s so much hatred in the martial arts community directed at this author, Ha Ha Lung, that I knew they must be trying to hide something. So I bought this book, BLACK SCIENCE and gave it a read. I ended up staying up all night reading it. The material in this book is unbelievable. So I bought the rest of his books and most of them were equally incredible. This is hard-core information on manipulating people. Insights you’d normally have to spend 8 years in college getting your PhD in psychology. Ha Ha Lung’s books are packed with arcane secrets you won’t find in other texts on martial arts. I think the reason he’s so disliked is because he gives away the good stuff. I always look forward to his next book. NOTE: If you have this book you won’t need to buy Mind Manipulation. They are the same book with a title change. Black Science is printed on better paper and will last much longer.

Having read my fair share of mind control books and resources, I found Keith’s book to place events in an easy-to-understand chronology. He also tells it like it is as far as the New World Order plans for mind control. Unfortunately, he didn’t take the time to research some aspects of documented mind control knowledge.I was disappointed to see that Keith based his opinions of an “alleged” Project Monarch on two sources. He also cited no documented evidence of such project. It is well documented that the CIA destroyed many MK-Ultra documents in the 70s and that the U.S. Army destroyed many of its records. Project Monarch was a covert operation and performed primarily on children (who are now primarily ages 30 to 50). There is no proof. Only victims. Perhaps Keith could have taken the time to visit the ACHES-MC website and found victims and further resources for this type of government abuse to provide a more accurate chapter. As Mel Gibson states in “Conspiracy Theory” when asked by Julia Roberts if he has any proof to his claims of mind control, “If I had proof, it wouldn’t be a conspiracy.”

I read this in 1999 and found it to be an accurate primer for those who have long suspected that things in America aren’t quite ‘right’. Having undergone 30+ years of non-consensual experimentation, harassment, stalking and other crimes here in the US, I can recommend this book to others who may just be coming to the realization that they, too, are under attack.

It’s later than you think, so start thinking now. This book can be a good place to start.

First of all, in response to those reviewers who argue that “all religions practice mind control” and “Hassan is against freedom of religion,” I would like to point out that Hassan states very plainly that just because a group is not mainstream does not make it a cult. He provides very detailed, specific criteria as to what makes a cult (including deception, attempts to isolate people from their friends and family, refusal to let members leave, and pronounced control of information), and also includes a handy checklist of questions to ask potential cult recruiters, including “Does your group practice deception?” “Is your group considered controversial and if so, why?” and “Tell me three things you don’t like about your group and your leader.” As Hassan states, legitimate organizations will be honest about their motives, and members of legitimate organizations should be able to discuss their group’s failings as well as its strengths. Hassan is not out to demonize religion in general, nor (as he states) are all cults necessarily religious in nature.

Hassan provides an excellent breakdown of the dynamics of cults, beginning with his own experience being recruited by the Moonies. Dissatisfied with his own experience of being “kidnapped” and deprogrammed (though he readily concedes that it was, overall, a beneficial experience), he has developed a less-drastic approach to counseling members out of cults, based around attempts to reactivate the original personality underneath the cult one (his own mention of how the sight of his father’s tears provided the first step on his road to leaving the Moonies is touching and convincing). As previously mentioned, he offers warning signs that a group might be cultish, provides detailed, common-sense advice for how to deal with family members who might have been indoctrinated, and offers advice for former cult members who are attempting to readjust to life in normal society.

While Hassan mentions that not all cults are religious in nature, he spends most of his time dealing with religious ones, except for brief mentions of psychotherapeutic cults. I was a little disappointed by this, since I found the notion of non-religious cults fascinating and would have liked to see more of an exploration of the differences, if any, between religious and non-religious cults. This is an area I wish he had explored in more depth. Hassan’s discussions of Satanic cults, while brief, also clearly date the book to the late ’80s/early ’90s, during which the “Satanic Panic” was at its height.

Overall, however, this is an excellent introduction to the phenomenon of cults and mind control, and I would recommend this to anyone interested in the subject, for whatever reason.

Cults don’t exist to people in them. A cult is always something you can point a finger at and say, “that is a cult,” or, “they are in a cult.” A person in a cult never can look at their own situation objectively and see that they themselves are in a cult. This book was very helpful for me in such a way that I could relate very well to a lot of the experiences and tecniques. It convinced me that I had spent all of my life in a cult that did practice mind control, but most importantly it reassured me that my decision to leave was the right choice. It is a book that you can read again and again as you progress through the healing stage after leaving a cult or cult-like organization. Since cult’s control what you are allowed to read, this was the first book that I would even look into, since it doesn’t mention Jehovah’s Witnesses specifically. I started reading it with the attitude that I was finally going to prove to myself and to others that I was not associatied with a cult. Much to my surprize there were many similarities, and that was when I could really open my eyes to the situation that I was involved in. Thank you for writing such an easy to read, informative and specific book on cults and their mind control techniques. The changes in my life are astounding, and the turning point was when I read this book.
